Anchoring

Before starting working on the worksheets, the organisation will need to carry out anchoring and communication work, and to ensure that that those who will be responsible for the development of the implementation have a common knowledge platform.

 

 

2.1 Decision

In order to be able to include the results of the worksheets in the systematic work environment management, a decision to do so is needed. This is preferably done by a CEO, director general or management team. 

2.2 Allocate resources

Resources need to be allocated for the implementation of the issue of domestic violence and honour-related violence and oppression in the ordinary systematic work environment management. Resources in this case include both the responsibility for implementation and the mandate of that person/working group. 

Resources also need to be allocated in the form of time for the responsible person/working group and other internal resources, or funds to use external resources. A working group tasked with preparing the organisation and its employees for the changes should consist of at least one manager, together with representatives of HR, safety, and communications. Perhaps there is already a group responsible for the systematic work environment management within the organisation?
